Fixes for Core, Plug-ins, PSD, and Installer.
- Do not follow subpixel font rendering choices from system settings for text layer rendering.
- Many robustness improvements and other fixes to the metadata plug-ins.
- Skip sanity check for the mask of rendered layers as some layer masks have invalid dimensions in such cases.
- Drop codepage conversion, use UTF-8 for language files.
